The Global Village debuted at Ichthus in 2010, and it has become a centerpiece of the festival. It features various ministries that serve poor, oppressed, and suffering people in the U.S. and around the world. It includes experiential displays, hands-on activities, and ministry displays. In keeping with the "Live Love" theme, you'll be encouraged to live out your love in practical ways by getting involved in God's work around the world through these ministries. You will have the chance to learn about important global issues like human trafficking, poverty, world hunger, the AIDS epidemic, orphan care, and many others. But you won't just learn about these issues...you'll be encouraged to do something about them. Live your love!
