Understanding that my responsibilities are a vital part of the ministry of Ichthus, I commit to work a total of 9 hours.
If I find that I am unable to attend the festival I will contact an Ichthus representative by Friday May 29, 2009 to cancel my shift and receive a full refund. I understand that failure to do so will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
I understand that if I obtain my 2009 festival wristband and fail to work my assigned shift this will result in:
-the forfeiture of my right to participate as an Ichthus worker in the future
-a charge of $119.00 – the cost of a total event wristband
I understand that I am responsible for my overall conduct and compliance with the Ichthus Code of Conduct and that Ichthus Ministries, Inc. will not take responsibility for any consequences of my behavior that is contrary to the Code of Conduct.
I understand that misconduct on my part could result in the removal of my wristband and forfeiture of my right to work in the future.
As an Ichthus worker, I understand that I am responsible for enforcing all festival regulations (per the Code of Conduct) and must immediately report anyone found in violation of these regulations to my work supervisor.
I agree that, unless I am working, I will comply with the Ichthus curfew that is set for 1:00am. Curfew has been established in order to preserve the privacy of our neighbors and to ensure the safety of all Ichthus participants.
If I’m a group leader, I understand that it is my responsibility to convey the details of the Ichthus Code of Conduct and this Worker Covenant to all members of my group. I am also responsible for the overall conduct and compliance of my group to the above stated Code of Conduct and Worker Covenant.
