Ichthus 2012 Exhibitor Policies
 
1. No exhibitor may setup or operate on Ichthus property without the express written consent of Ichthus Ministries, Inc. An application does not guarantee placement at the festival. Ichthus Ministries will determine who is invited to participate. No one is authorized to issue verbal contracts and none will be honored.

2. All accepted exhibitors must check in with the Sales Coordinator at the Vendor Tent before exhibiting at the festival. There will be no exceptions.

3. Fees:
a. A non-refundable entrance fee of $500 per 10x10 table/space is required to reserve exhibition space in the Sales/Exhibitor Tents.
b. Electricity is available at $50 for a 1500 watt outlet if purchased by May 31, 2011. After May 31 the cost for a 1500 watt outlet is $100. The need for electricity determines booth placement.

 
4. Online applications must be submitted no later than Friday, February 24, 2012 at 5:00 PM EST. 
**Vendor will be notified of acceptance or denial by Friday, March 16, 2012.
 
5. If notified by Ichthus Ministries that you have been accepted as an exhibitor, you will be required to submit the following additional paperwork to complete an exhibitor contract:
a. Signed Contract Form
b. Signed Policy on Offensive Materials
c. Completed Electrical Request Form and corresponding payment
b. Payment of $500

6. All exhibitor materials are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Ichthus Ministries shall not be responsible for theft, damage, or "mysterious disappearance".

7. All exhibiting will close during teaching seminars, when a speaker is on the main stage, and during Saturday evening communion. Any non-compliance with this will result in exhibitor being shut down.

8. Festival Exhibitor Schedule is as follows (times are approximate and subject to change):

8:00 am - 4:00 pm Set-up
4:00 pm - 12:00 midnight Sales Tents open to public
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, June 21, 22, 23, 2012
8:00 am - 1:00 am Sales Tents open to Exhibitors
9:00 am - 12:00 midnight Sales Tents open to public
*Exhibitors must close during all teaching/speaking times. See #7 above.

 
9. "Ichthus 2012", the name "Ichthus Ministries, Inc.", the official Ichthus Ministries logo, and/or any combination of these are the property of Ichthus Ministries, Inc. and may be used only with written permission. Application may be made in writing to Ichthus Ministries.

10. Ichthus Ministries is an evangelical Christian ministry striving to conform to Biblical precepts of faith and moral values. If Ichthus finds any of the items in the Exhibitor's space to be inappropriate or incompatible with these precepts, exhibitor will be asked to remove them. If an exhibitor is promoting any item that was not approved at time of contract, exhibitor may be shut down. Ichthus reserves the right to deny the exhibition of any items at time of festival based on the discretion of Ichthus Ministries.

11. Exhibitor is responsible to provide own workers. All exhibitor personnel must have a festival wristband for entry onto the festival grounds. Exhibitor is allocated 2 wristbands per booth space purchased; up to 5 more are available at a discounted price of $60.

12. Any non-compliance with the above policies will result in the Exhibitor being shut down and not being considered for future Ichthus Festivals.
