Ichthus Worker

Working at Ichthus 2012

Each year the festival "employs" 1,000+ workers who serve in a variety of capacities across the Ichthus Farm; without these workers the festival simply could not happen.

Our worker program offers groups and individuals the opportunity to serve the Lord during the festival, and also earn a discounted Full Event Wristband by committing to work a 9-hour shift.

If you feel that you're interested in working with us please review the details below that outline our worker program. You may then continue on to get you or your group signed up to work at this year's festival.

The Jobs

We have a wide variety of jobs available ranging from picking up trash to helping sell merchandise in the sales tents, providing campground security or helping out around one of the stages. We have jobs for youth as young as 15 years old and others that require someone 18 or over.

The times for most of our 9-hour shifts are 8am-5pm, 4pm-1am and 12midnight-9am.

The Requirements

One discounted Full Event Wristband is earned in exchange for a total of 9-hours of service.

Each worker must read and agree to the Ichthus Code of Conduct and 2012 Worker Covenant.

A $25.00 fee is required for all jobs.

Workers are responsible for signing in at the beginning of their shift and signing out at the end.

Workers who pick up their wristband but fail to work their full 9-hour shift will be charged the $99 gate price of a Full Event Wristband. They also risk not being permitted to work at the festival in future years.
