Camping |
The majority of attendees at the Ichthus festival camp on our 111 acre Ichthus Farm. Though primitive in nature, camping on the farm is free unless you need to upgrade to a handicapped campsite. |
|
There is no need to purchase/reserve basic campsites. Simply come as you are with car, van, RV or trailer and you will be guided to a site upon arrival. |

This basic camping option includes: |

Handicapped Camping |
For those with handicap needs, Ichthus does have a range of campsites that are located closer to the main viewing area for easier access to festival activities. A limited number of electrical sites are available on a first-come/first-serve basis.(see below for required application) All options as outlined above in the Camping section ARE still available. |

Basic Handicapped Camp Site - $FREE |
Basic handicapped campsites simply must be "purchased" from the IO Store. They are completely free but you still must "purchase" one to secure your reservation. |

Handicapped Camp Site with Electricity - $40 |
Handicap campsites with electricity can be reserved for those who have specific handicap needs requiring electrical usage. These sites are limited and are NOT for those who do not have need. |

Reservations are made simply by filling out the application below and returning it to Ichthus for review. Payment must be remitted with application but will only be applied if approved. |

Campus Living |
The Ichthus festival attendees have the option to secure campus housing at nearby Asbury College. These dorm style living quarters offer an affordable upgrade to standard camping arrangements. Space is limited as there are only 450 2-person rooms available. |

Tent Rentals |
Ichthus also offers tent rental opportunities to attendees to make their weekend experience more efficient and enjoyable. The benefit of taking advantage of a tent rental is that your group will save significant time in setup and tear down of their campsite. This can be quite useful for those coming from a good distance who do not want to miss any of the event!
The following guidelines have been established in order to make the tent rental process easy for all of those interested: |

All tent rental prices include setup, tear down and tent walls. Renters will receive a special pass to be shown to the camping personnel upon arrival at the festival. |
NO OTHER tent rental companies are permitted on the Ichthus property for tent setup other than the approved tent provider. |
Tent sizes are established by the number that can comfortably sleep under the tent. Tents are for sleeping only. |
Rented tents are not to be used as a “play area” or simply for extra room. Space will be limited to the rented tent and space for vehicles. Space will not be left for additional tents. |

For those not quite ready to completely rough it during the weekend, there are a variety of hotel options available in nearby Lexington, KY. Lexington is a quick 30 minute drive from Wilmore and there are plenty of hotel options available. |

We do recommend hotel reservations in/around US-68 as this will be the quickest travel time to the festival.
