Each year during the festival we "employ" a large number of workers who serve across the Ichthus Farm in a variety of capacities. Our workers not only get an opportunity to serve the Lord through service throughout the festival weekend but also earn a discounted or free weekend wristband to the festival if they work a total of 9 hours.
If you feel that you are interested in working with us please review the following details that outline our worker program as well as point you in the right direction to get you or your group signed up for this year's festival.
The Positions
There are a wide variety of positions available ranging from picking up trash to helping sell merchandise in the sales tents, providing campground security or helping out around one of the stages. We have jobs for youth as young as 15 years old and others that require someone 18 or over.
One discounted or free weekend wristband is earned in exchange for a total of 9-hours of service.
Each worker must read and agree to the Ichthus Code of Conduct and 2009 Worker Covenant.
A $25.00 refundable deposit is required when signing up for a position. This deposit will then be refunded after the festival if the individual completed their work assignment as agreed in their worker covenant.
A $20.00 fee is also required for most positions. A few positions will remain free, but will still require the deposit. Free positions are noted in the Job list above.
Workers who pick up their wristband but fail to work their full 9-hour shift will be charged the full $119 price of a total event wristband. They also risk not being permitted to work at the festival in future years.
Join our email list for festival updates and chances to win free tickets. The cell phone number is optional, but entering it will double your chances of winning!
