Q. What is the Ichthus Code of Conduct?
A. This is the set of guidelines that we require all attendees to abide by while at the festival. You can read it here.

Q. Where do people stay while at the festival?
A. The majority of Ichthus’ guests camp on our 111 acre Ichthus Farm. Campers bring standard equipment and items used on a typical camping trip. We have two shower facilities with 22 shower heads and 14 sinks each. The showers DO have hot water. There is no additional cost for camping.  If camping is not your style, you can also view our other accommodation options.

Q. Can I bring a camper-trailer?
A. Yes. The Ichthus Farm accommodates a wide variety of larger camping vehicles as you may need. No hookups are available in general camping only on a first-come/first-serve basis for our handicapped attendees.

Q. How much space do I get at my campsite?

A. We have plenty of room but our space is not limitless, and our attendance continues to grow every year. Please plan to bring an efficient camp. The following is both a simple description, and image, of how we organize camping at Ichthus.
- All vehicles park facing a fire lane
- Campsites = 45' deep X width of your vehicle
- All camping equipment must be setup behind your vehicle
- Groups/Vehicles to be camped together MUST arrive together
- Groups can not save space for other groups, vehicles or additional camping equipment
- Arrival time has no bearing on the placement of your campsite. Multiple camping fields are filled simultaneously.

Q. Can I bring a grill?
A. Yes. However, all grills must have a cover or lid. NO open flames are allowed on the Ichthus Farm.

Q. Can I bring a generator?

A. Yes but generators must be turned off at night to avoid excessive noise while campers are sleeping.

Q. How can I assure that I can camp next to a certain group?

A. The only way to assure that your group(s) will be camped together is if they arrive together. However, in events where this cannot occur, we strongly encourage you to have the first group to arrive bring ALL of the camping gear for the entire group. The group(s) to follow will be able to park their vehicles in our designated lot. You will want to select a meeting area such as the Registration Tent or Sales Tent in order to bring the entire group together.

Q. Is there water available on the grounds?

A. Yes. There are a limited number of water faucets available on the grounds in central locations. Spring water is also available at a variety of vending stations.

Q. What does Ichthus do with all the cans and plastics on the grounds
A. Can you imagine all the plastic bottles and cans laying around after the Ichthus festival ends? We are very mindful of being good stewards of our property and earth. We have partnered with Confrontation Point to recycle as many plastics and cans as possible. Look for the Recycle Bins all over the festival grounds and help us continue to recycle!

Q. Is there access to electricity?

A. There is no access to electricity in general camping.  Our handicap camping has limited electrical access. There are a limited number of electrical outlets available in the showerhouses.

Q. What is provided for handicapped participants?

A. There are a limited number of handicapped camping sites available at the Ichthus Farm. These spots are closer to the main viewing area on the grounds. Some of these are equipped with electricity but pre-registration is required for these spots upon purchasing tickets.

Q. Can my band play at the festival and do you even care about us?

A. YES and YES! To make the process incredibly easy, all you have to do is send an email to [email protected] and send us a message with the subject line "EDGE STAGE SUBMISSION." PLEASE simply include your website that has complete songs on it so we can take a listen. One of our staff WILL visit your site and listen to your music but we CAN NOT guarantee a spot at our event due to the number of requests we receive each year. If you are selected you will be contacted, most likely, before the deadline noted below. The deadline to message us about playing is February 28, 2009.

Q. How do I obtain a press pass for the festival?

A. We have changed the approval process for anyone wanting a press pass. Read more about the criteria to obtain a press pass here.
