Concessions Vendor

Ichthus 2010 Concessions Vendor Policies
1. No vendor may setup or operate on Ichthus property without the express written consent of Ichthus Ministries, Inc. An application does not guarantee placement at the festival. Ichthus Ministries will determine who is invited to participate. No one is authorized to issue verbal contracts and none will be honored.

2. All accepted vendors must check in with Treasury at the Vendor Office before selling at the festival. There will be no exceptions.

3. Merchandise fees and percentages:
a. A non-refundable entrance fee of $450 is required to reserve a 30' x 30' space in the concessions area with 60 amp 230 volt electrical service. Higher electrical needs will be charged appropriately.
b. A percentage of the concessions vendor' s total gross sales shall be paid to Ichthus Ministries, Inc. at festival time. Listed below are the percentages.
$1.00 - $10,000 Gross sales 15%
$10,001 - $20,000 Gross sales 14%
$20,001 - $30,000 Gross sales 13%
$30,001 - $40,000 Gross sales 12%
$40,001 and above Gross sales 11%
c. The Commonwealth of Kentucky requires that 6% of vendor's total gross sales be remitted to the Kentucky Revenue Cabinet.
d. The City of Wilmore, KY requires that 1% of vendor's total gross sales be remitted to the city of Wilmore.

4. Ichthus Ministries is the sole distributor of Water, Ice and Pepsi products. All Pepsi, Ice and Water must be purchased from Ichthus at the festival. Only Pepsi products are allowed. No energy drinks allowed.

5. Vendor is responsible for obtaining a food handling permit from Jessamine County.

6. Online applications must be submitted not later than Friday, February 26, 2010 at 5:00 PM EST.
**Vendor will be notified of acceptance or denial by Friday, March 12, 2010.

7. If notified by Ichthus Ministries that you have been accepted as a vendor, you will be required to submit the following
additional paperwork to complete a vendor contract:
a. Written proof of public liability insurance in the minimum amount of $1 million naming Ichthus Ministries, Inc. as an "additional insured". No vendor will be allowed on the premises without a written certificate of insurance. Additionally, Ichthus Ministries, Inc. assumes no liability for damage to vendor's property (especially with regard to weather, flood, earthquake or fire related perils) while on Ichthus site. Vendors are responsible for their own property damage insurance.
b. Signed Contract Form
c. Payment of $450.00.

8. All merchandise is the responsibility of the vendor. Ichthus Ministries shall not be responsible for theft, damage or "mysterious disappearance".

9. All vending will close during teaching seminars, when a speaker is on the main stage, and during Saturday evening communion. Any non-compliance with this will result in vendor being shut down.

10. Schedule for Wednesday June 16, 2010 is as follows (times are approximate and subject to change):
(1) 5:00 p.m. Festival gates open to the public
(2) 5:00 p.m. Food Vendors open (optional)
Schedule for Thursday June 17, 2010 is as follows (times are approximate and subject to change):
(3) 8:00 a.m. Festival gates open to the public
(4) 8:00 a.m. Food vendors open
(5) 12:00 p.m. Sales/Exhibitor Tents open
(6) 3:00 p.m. Main Stage Amphitheater opens

11. "Ichthus 2010", the name "Ichthus Ministries, Inc.", the official Ichthus Ministries logo, and/or any combination of these are the property of Ichthus Ministries, Inc. and may be used only with written permission. Application may be made in writing to Ichthus Ministries.

12. Ichthus Ministries is an evangelical Christian ministry striving to conform to Biblical precepts of faith and moral values. If Ichthus finds any of the items that Vendor is selling to be inappropriate or incompatible with these precepts, vendor will be asked to remove them. If a vendor is selling any item that was not approved at time of contract, Vendor may be shut down. Ichthus reserves the right to deny the selling of any items at time of festival based on the discretion of Ichthus Ministries.

13. Vendor is responsible to provide own workers. All vendor personnel must have a
worker pass for entry into the festival compound. Vendor is allocated up to 6 worker passes, one for each bona-fide vendor employee as verified by Ichthus Ministries. More than six can be received as long proof of need is exhibited

14. Any non-compliance with the above policies will result in the vendor being shut down and not being considered for future Ichthus Festivals.
