Tickets 101: Wristband = Ticket

The first thing you need to know is that at Ichthus your ticket is a wristband, so from here on we'll refer to them as wristbands—that way, there's less confusion.

To qualify for group pricing, 10 or more wristbands must be purchased in one transaction.
Group pricing ends on April 15, 2012.
For every purchase of 10 of the same type wristband, you'll receive 1 FREE wristband of the same type.
Children ages 6 and under are FREE, but they must wear a wristband to avoid any confusion—so don't forget them when placing your order.
There is a $3.00 handling fee for all orders; this is per order—not per wristband. THIS IS NOT A SHIPPING FEE.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL; NO REFUNDS.

Purchasing Options

Online Store - This is the easiest and best option, especially if you don't have questions. Purchase from our online store using a Visa or Mastercard.

On deadline days, prices are good through midnight EST.

Phone - This is your best option if you have questions or are new to the festival. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., to take your calls. Please note that our call line gets very busy in the 30-day period leading up to the festival...so plan ahead. If you don't get through, please leave a message, and we'll call you back. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Mail - If you're old-school, like to see it on paper, or need to send a check or money order, this is a good route for you. Download our order form here, fill it out and mail back with payment.

Mail orders must be postmarked by the deadline date to be accepted.

Payment Plan

Our payment plan option is for those of you that may have difficulty raising the funds to be able to meet ticket deadlines. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to purchase tickets early and lock in lower rates without having to pay the entire amount at the time of purchase.

As you’ll see below, the payment plan varies dependant on how early you purchase. Your total amount due doesn’t change, but the way it’s broken down does. At the earliest, your total purchase will be broken into 7 equal payments, at the latest, 2 equal payments. **We'll get as close to equal payments as possible.**

The payment plan may be used on other purchases as well - campus housing, rented tents, etc.

Purchase made by December 31 - 7 Equal payments

First payment is due at date of purchase. Remaining payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on January 1, February 1, March 1, April 1, May 1 and June 1.

Purchase made by January 31 - 6 Equal payments

First payment is due at date of purchase. Remaining payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on February 1, March 1, April 1, May 1 and June 1.

Purchase made by February 28 - 5 Equal payments

First payment is due at date of purchase. Remaining payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on March 1, April 1, May 1 and June 1.

Purchase made by March 31 - 4 Equal payments

First payment is due at date of purchase. Remaining payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on April 1, May 1 and June 1.

Purchase made by April 30 - 3 Equal payments

First payment is due at date of purchase. Remaining payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on May 1 and June 1.

Purchase made by May 31 - 2 Equal payments

First payment is due at date of purchase. Remaining payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on June 1.

Wristband Shipping

Don't want to wait in line at the Will Call Trailer to pick up your wristbands? For an additional $7 fee we'll ship your wristbands to you in advance of the festival.

Cost is a $7.00 flat fee to cover time and shipping costs. This fee is per order, not per ticket, so DO NOT ORDER MORE THAN QTY 1 OF THIS ITEM.
We will begin shipping wristbands May 1st, 2012.
Wristbands will be shipped via USPS with signature confirmation. Upon delivery, someone will have to sign to recieve the package. If no one is home at the time, the postman will leave a card notifying you that you have a package to be picked up at the post office. Your local post office will hold the package for 10 business days before declaring it "Unclaimed" and sending it back to us.
May 31st is the final day to order wristband shipping, after this time it will no longer be available.

To purchase simply add this item to your cart along with your wristband purchases.

What to Expect After Placing an Order

**Wristbands/tickets will be held at Will Call unless you choose the $7 Wristband Shipping option.**

Online Store orders

After placing your order in the online store you will very shortly receive two emails, one with the subject line "Thank you for your order!" and the other "Ichthus purchase".
Within 1-3 business days you'll receive an email that the status of your order has been updated to "Complete", then a final confirmation email with your receipt attached as a PDF document.
At this point your wristbands will be held at the Will Call trailer for pick up on arrival at the festival, unless you chose the $7 Wristband Shipping option.
If you chose the $7 Wristband Shipping option your wristbands will be shipped to you after May 1st. See the Wristband Shipping section above for further details.

Phone orders

Within 1-3 business days a reciept of your credit card charge will be emailed to you with the subject line "Ichthus purchase". Then you'll receive a final confirmation email with your receipt attached as a PDF document.
At this point your wristbands will be held at the Will Call trailer for pick up on arrival at the festival, unless you chose the $7 Wristband Shipping option.

Mail orders

If you chose the $7 Wristband Shipping option your wristbands will be shipped to you after May 1st. See the Wristband Shipping section above for further details.
After we receive your order we'll process your payment, if you paid with a credit card an email receipt of the charge will be sent to you.
You'll then receive a final confirmation email with your receipt attached as a PDF document.
At this point your wristbands will be held at the Will Call trailer for pick up on arrival at the festival, unless you chose the $7 Wristband Shipping option.
If you chose the $7 Wristband Shipping option your wristbands will be shipped to you after May 1st. See the Wristband Shipping section above for further details.

Premium Access Package

If you're interesed in having the "Premium" Ichthus experience, then this package is something you should check out.
